Hi! I’m Kayla Day, founder of DayOne HR Solutions and a passionate HR leader with over 15 years of experience in full-cycle human resources. From compliance to culture, I’ve done it all. I specialize in building HR departments from the ground up, especially in fast-moving startups that need scalable solutions, fast.

I created DayOne HR Solutions to help growing companies build strong, people-centered foundations from their very first hire. Whether it’s setting up handbooks and policies, creating compensation frameworks, or guiding performance strategies, I bring both the strategy and the heart. My goal?
